Advisory Board of Directors
The board,currently 6 members,work voluntarily to bring a variety of skills and experience to the strategic decisions of the organisation, and in advising and supporting the Development Manager and staff.
They are all active members of a variety of churches and Christian organisations. Each has individual areas of oversight within the activities of Mustard Seed.
The directors and responsibilies are:

Publicity / Allotment: Mr Arthur Jackson
Supported Living: Mr Stephen Jones
Person Centred Support: Mrs Holly Kennedy
Finance / Human Resources: Mr David Viol
Day to day management of the Mustard Seed is in the hands of David Williams, appointed Development Manager in 2009 as a successor to Derek Thomas.
He gained 7 years' management experience in the chain restaurant industry before setting up a succesful local business.
Working alongside David in the office is Peter Burton, who has a wealth of administrative experience and skills.
A number of part time paid staff, known as key workers, are responsible for the Sandwich Round,The Open Door Cafe and Caterpillar Cafe on a rota basis.They have an important responsibility for supervision and training of the adults with learning disabilities.
Crucial to the work of Mustard Seed are the volunteers,who work within one or more of the daily activities that happen at Mustard Seed,showing God's love to those we support in the day placement programme, and in serving the local community as a whole at one of the many points of contact.
